• My name is Alex Parrish. I've been playing waterpolo since I was 11.
  Through out my water polo career:

  I played for the youth national team in 2004. Traveled to Hungary and Holland.
  Played on the Canadian Junior National Team in the NORAMS tournament in Victoria in 2004

  I have been team captain of Edmonton Tsunami five years in a row
  Team Captain of Team Alberta 2005

• I have been coaching for Edmonton Tsunami, U of A, and Masters for the last four years. I have taken the Part A Coaching Course.
  
  I believe that having strong basics of the game and being physically fit will produce the most effective team.
