Q: How did you first start playing water polo?

A: I was introduced to the sport in California by my brothers.


Q: What is it about water polo that made you fall in love with the sport?

A: I love the highly competitive nature of the sport and how it brings so many different and unique individuals together.


Q: What is your favourite water polo memory?

A: Playing with Team Alberta in the summer's of 2018 (Auckland, New Zealand) and 2019 (Orange County, California).


Q: What made you want to be a coach?

A: My desire to coach is driven by my want to give back to the water polo community and help develop the future water polo players at the club.


Q: Who was your most influential coach?

A: The most influential coach I've had so far in my playing career has been Mathieu Constantin who coached me with Team Alberta and recently Mako Tsunami. He's given knowledge and advice to me that has had a major impact in my development as a player.


Q: Who is an athlete you admire?

A: I've always looked up to Kobe Bryant as a model for having an extreme work ethic and determination to reach one’s goals and competitive aspirations.
